How are your products made?
All products are made to order, which means each item is created especially for you once an order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to focus on thoughtful, intentional production rather than mass manufacturing.
What materials are the enamel mugs made from?
Our mugs are made from lightweight enamel-coated metal and printed using durable methods designed for everyday use. They’re sturdy, practical, and made to
be enjoyed in daily life.
Will my mug look exactly like the photos?
Because each item is made to order, small variations in print placement or finish can occur. These subtle differences are part of the process and make each piece uniquely yours. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.
Care & use
How do I care for my enamel mug?
To help your mug last as long as possible, we recommend:
- Hand washing only
- Avoiding microwaves
- Not soaking for long periods
Enamel mugs are durable, but a little care goes a long way.
Are the mugs suitable for hot and cold drinks?
Yes — enamel mugs work well for both hot and cold beverages. Just be mindful that the metal can become warm when holding hot drinks.
Orders & shipping
Where do you ship from?
Orders are produced and shipped by our trusted production partners. Your item will be shipped from the location that best matches your delivery address, depending on availability.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Because items are made to order, production usually takes a few business days before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, our Shopify store ships to New Zealand, Australia, and the United States.
If you’re located elsewhere, you can order worldwide through our Etsy shop, which offers international shipping to a wider range of countries. Availability, delivery times, and any customs fees may vary depending on your location.
Returns & issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As items are made to order, we generally can’t accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing issue, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it right.
What if my mug arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a few days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
