Here you’ll find information about where we ship, how your order is made, and what to expect once you’ve placed an order. If something’s unclear, you’re always welcome to reach out.

Where we ship

At the moment, orders placed through our Shopify store ship to New Zealand, Australia, and the United States.

If you’re located elsewhere, worldwide shipping is available through our Etsy shop, which offers delivery to a wider range of countries. Shipping availability, delivery times, and any customs fees may vary depending on your location.

How your order is made

All products are made to order. This means your item is created especially for you once an order is placed, helping to reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

Because of this, there is a short production period before your order is shipped.

Processing time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before they are shipped.

During busy periods, production may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to postal services, customs processing, or seasonal demand

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. You’ll always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Customs & import fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your country’s authorities. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you’re unsure about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please note that tracking updates may take a little time to appear after dispatch.

If your order seems significantly delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out via the contact page and we’ll do our best to help.
