Can I return or exchange my mug?
If your mug arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the mug and packaging

Change of mind returns
Because each mug is made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong design, or personal preference.
This helps us reduce waste and produce thoughtfully.

How refunds work
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.

Exchanges
If your mug arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
We’re unable to offer exchanges for different designs or colours once an order has been placed.
